I expected the CEO would have the integrity to send me a written
apology for the hell I went through and all the hassles my doctor
went through (documented
in letters to the local manager &
pharmacist). But no one at Costco
has ever apologized in writing. OK, then they can have it their way
and read my comments by visiting my website all the time to see what
I'm up to. |
