I just wanted to say this is the stupidest website I've ever
been on. You obviously have no idea about the rules and
regulations of running an online pharmacy, but then again you
are probably to lazy to get off you ass and actually go to a
pharmacy. It is people like you who make retail suck so bad. You
think everybody needs to kiss your ass. Well guess what, it's
too bad that you didn't die from your medicine running out
because the world would be a much better place without such a
self-important prick around.

You are completely inaccurate regarding Glucotrol XL having a
generic. It doesn't have a generic in the extended release form,
only in the plain Glucotrol - which means you have to take more
tablets of the generic per day to equal one single tablet of the
XL.
Why don't you educate yourself before making comments on things
you haven't researched.

Dear Mr. Robinson,
You are aware of the significance of April 14th 2003? That was
the date for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
compliance. The agreement they require you to accept is quite standard (and
necessary in our litigious times) due to the lopsided way medical record privacy
is being implemented and not due to anything unique to Costco.

PS I don't belong to or shop at Costco, I just thought it
sounded like you
might not be aware of HIPPA
Ok, we'll let you
refill your medication. You live.
Nope, you cannot
refill your medication. Sorry, you die.
My sarcastic comments above make the point clearly—if
you don't "ACCEPT" you are "Costco Web Pharmacy shit-out-of-luck"
and can die for lack of medication for all they care. That is
what I think.
